Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup of baby spinach and/or kale
- 1 tbsp. raw almonds
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp. honey
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
